I morges dukkede denne lille TEDx talk op i min nyhedsstrøm. Jeg har ikke mødt Bill Bernat før men ved nu, at han beskriver sig selv som "a recovered addict living with bipolar condition". Han er komiker og fortaler for større opmærksomhed på mental sundhed. Hør hans lille peptalk om, hvordan man møder depressive venner. Måske kan han inspirere til mere inkluderende måder at møde det depressive - uanset om det er hos venner eller hos sig selv.
